The brief & problem

Traditional bookstore templates display books as isolated standalone titles, making it difficult for readers to discover chronological reading orders and multi-book fantasy/educational series.

What I built

  1. Designed a series-first taxonomy featuring visual chronological book badges and reading order guides.

  2. Engineered multi-format product selectors on PDPs (Hardcover, Paperback, Kindle EPUB, and Audiobook).

  3. Built sample chapter read-inline slideouts so readers can sample the opening pages before purchasing.

  4. Created automatic 'Complete the Series' bundle discount rules.

Outcomes & Results

Backlist series sales increased by 45% as readers continued seamlessly from Book 1 through Book 5.
