Before you send the URL
Is the audit actually free?
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation. If the store needs work you get an honest view of what I would fix first; if it does not, I will tell you that instead.
Do you need access to my Shopify admin?
No. The audit is done from the outside, the way a shopper experiences the store: public speed tests, the scripts and apps your pages load, and how your images are delivered. Nothing is installed and no login is needed.
What exactly do I get back?
A short screen recording walking through the three issues costing your store the most speed on mobile, and a written list of what to fix, in order of impact.
How long does it take?
You will have it within a working day of sending the URL.
Is it only for Shopify stores?
It is built for Shopify, which is where most of my work is. If your store runs on WooCommerce or another platform, send it anyway, and I will say plainly if I am not the right person for it.
What happens after the audit?
Nothing, unless you ask. If you would like me to make the fixes, I quote a fixed price for exactly that work before anything starts, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
